My name is Zachary Holston, and I’m a personal trainer, lifelong athlete, and martial artist with a passion for helping people unlock their physical potential and build lasting confidence through movement, discipline, and strength.

With over 20 years of martial arts experience and more than 15 years immersed in weightlifting and strength training, my approach to fitness is both deeply rooted and constantly evolving. I believe in combining the structure and intensity of combat sports with intelligent, personalized strength programming to help clients become stronger, more capable, and more resilient—both mentally and physically.

My journey began with Shotokan Karate, where I earned my Brown Belt and developed a strong technical foundation and mental focus. From there, I discovered Brazilian Jiu Jitsu—a discipline I’ve trained in for the past 13 years. I’m proud to be a BJJ Brown Belt under Roan "Jucão" Carneiro, and I currently train at the award-winning American Top Team Atlanta, a hub for elite-level martial artists and competitors.

In addition to Jiu Jitsu, I bring 5 years of Muay Thai kickboxing experience to the table, blending striking and movement into my training philosophy.
